Add a team

Where Leagues your league Add Team

Golfers can register themselves from your sign-up link. Use Add Team when you’re registering a team on their behalf — at the front desk, or from a list.

1. Click Add Team at the top right of the league page.
2. Type a Team Name.
3. Click Add Golfer. Then either search Search Existing Golfers by name, email or phone and click the golfer, or fill in Add New Golfer (first name, last name, email, phone) and click Add New Golfer.
4. Type each golfer’s starting handicap in Initial HCP (optional).
5. Repeat until the team is full. The counter reads, for example, Golfers (2/2).
6. Click Register Team. A Team Created message confirms it.

• Hold a spot: if you don’t know who is playing yet, click Hold a spot instead of naming a golfer. The seat is paid for now and named later.
• The Pricing Schedule on the right shows what the team owes. After you register, the team shows a yellow tag with the amount still due until it’s paid.

Sub a player in or out

Where Teams open the team ⋮ beside the golfer Swap this player

A swap replaces one golfer with another for the rest of the season. The team’s seat stays the same.

1. On the Teams tab, click the arrow beside the team’s name to open its golfers.
2. Click the three dots (⋮) beside the golfer you’re replacing, then Swap this player.
3. Choose who takes their place: Search Existing Golfers, or fill in Add a Guest Golfer and click Add Guest & Continue.
4. If the golfer already played some weeks, the Hub asks what to do with those weeks (see below).
5. Read the confirmation, then click Swap [name] in. A message says Player Swapped.

Weeks already played

If the golfer you’re replacing has already played, choose one of three options. Weeks that are already finalized are never changed.

Remove a golfer or cancel a team

• Remove from team — in the golfer’s ⋮ menu. Use it to take a golfer off a team who hasn’t played yet. If they’ve already played a week or hold a place in one, the Hub refuses and points you to Swap this player instead.
• Cancel Registration — red, in the team’s ⋮ menu. Removes the team’s registration. This can’t be undone.

The status chip beside a team — grey for Draft, green for Active — switches it between the two.

Find a golfer or copy contact details

• Teams tab: the search box finds teams or players by name.
• Players tab: shows every golfer in the league. Copy All Emails copies them all; the small copy icons beside a golfer’s email and phone copy just that one.
• Session menu on the Schedule tab: Copy all golfer emails and Copy all golfer phone numbers for one week — handy for a night-of reminder.
