Where to change what

League settings live in a few different places.

Where Leagues your league Schedule

The Schedule tab is where most weekly work happens.

1. Division filter — appears when you use divisions.
2. Week buttons — pick which week to view.
3. Course bar — the course for this week.
4. View — By time, By bay or By team (and Match play on head-to-head weeks).
5. Edit session — change this week’s settings.
6. Session menu — copy emails, snapshot handicaps, close the session, and add, move or cancel the week.
7. Handicap chip — each golfer’s handicap for this week.
8. Scorecard icon — open the scorecard and enter scores.
9. Swap arrows — replace that golfer.

Leaderboard shows that week’s results. While matchups are being drawn or weeks removed, the league shows Schedule updating in background and the affected weeks are dimmed until it finishes. If a week can’t load, click Try again. Two staff can work on the same league at once — each sees the other’s changes without reloading.

Edit league details

Where Leagues your league Edit League

1. Open the league and click Edit League (in the League Information box).
2. Change what you need. Gray items with a padlock are locked.
3. Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.

Change one week

Where Schedule pick a week Edit session

Use this when one week should play differently — for example, a week with a different handicap percentage.

1. Open Schedule and click the week you want.
2. Click Edit session.
3. Use the tabs — Format, Teams, Points, Details (and Matchups on match-play weeks) — to make your change. Teams and Points only show when they apply.
4. Click Save.

Choices on the Format tab take effect as soon as you pick them. Save applies the Teams and Points tabs.

On the Teams tab, How this week groups golfers is normally By registration: golfers score as the team they registered with. Saving that tab clears any groups the week already had.

Set the course for a week

Where Schedule pick a week the course bar

1. Open Schedule and click the week.
2. In the course bar, click Choose a course (or Edit if one is already set).
3. Open the Simulator Course drop-down and pick the course. The list is alphabetical.
4. Check Default Tees. The Hub fills in a tee set (for example, Back Tees with the yardage); change it if you like.
5. A message says Course Updated, and the course bar now shows the name and tees with an Edit button. Repeat for the next week.

Side games such as Closest to the Pin need the course too, so their holes can be chosen.

Choose the tees golfers can play

Where Edit League Handicap Tees golfers can choose

On a simulator league, list the tees golfers may pick from each week — for example one for men, one for women and one for seniors.

1. Under Tees golfers can choose, click Add a tee and pick one from Choose a tee. Tees use the course’s own names and yardages.
2. Type who it’s for in the note — for example “Men”. Golfers see the note beside the tee’s name.
3. Repeat for each tee, then Save Changes. Golfers pick their own tee each week in the app.

Each week’s own tee is always offered too, so leave the list empty to offer only that. A tee that isn’t on every course the league plays is left out on those weeks. You need a course on at least one week first — see Set the course for a week.

Add, move or cancel a week

Where Schedule pick a week ⋮

Change the season’s calendar yourself — for a bye week, a holiday or a rain-out.

Cancel or reschedule this week… asks what should happen to the season:

You can add a reason, kept with the change. Keep the schedule closes without changing anything. A canceled or bye week shows as Remove or reschedule this week… so you can undo it. League Actions → Add a session and Clear Schedule… work on the whole league.
