1. Click Share on the league page.
2. Pick the link you want: your venue’s own link, or Any location, which lets the golfer choose.
3. On Copy Link, click Copy — or Go to see the page as a golfer will.
4. On QR Code, click Download QR Code to save it for posters, table tents or screens.

Where Leagues your league Registration Page

This is the page golfers read before they sign up. Most of it is written for you from your league settings, so it stays correct as you change things.

• The page has four sections: Header, At a glance, League details and Format & rules.
• Generated rows come from the league itself. Change a price or a format, and they update too.
• Type over a row to write your own words. It stays yours until you click the circular reset arrow. If the league changes after you’ve rewritten a row, Reset to generated brings the new wording back.
• A few rows can’t be rewritten because they differ for each club: Cost, Schedule and Where. You can still hide or move them.
• The eye hides a row — or, at the top of a section, the whole section. The up and down arrows move a row. (In Header, rows can’t be moved and the title can’t be hidden.)
• Add row to… at the bottom of At a glance, League details or Format & rules adds your own row. The bin deletes a row you added.
• Click Save to publish your changes, or Discard changes to start over.

Where Promote Invitation

Open the tool from the main menu (Promote) or from a league’s Promote tab, where Open in Promote starts with that league already chosen. The Invitation tab is for golfers who haven’t joined yet.

1. Under What are you promoting?, pick the league. Its name, dates and format fill in the email.
2. Under Recipients, set the Sender name golfers will see in their inbox (it starts as your venue name) and check the Subject.
3. Paste your list into Email List. Separate addresses with commas, semicolons or new lines. The Hub counts them: “Sending to 0 emails” becomes your number.
4. Edit the Invite Content (see the table below) and watch the Email Preview update.
5. Click Send Promotion, check the count in the confirmation box, and confirm. It sends straight away.

Afterwards the Hub shows how many were sent, which addresses were invalid, which duplicates it removed, and who had already been sent this league’s invitation.

• Personalise the greeting: paste addresses as Name <email> — for example John Doe <john.doe@example.com> — and the email opens with “Hey John,” instead of “Hey Golfer,”. (The preview always shows “Hey Golfer,”.)
• The email is sent under your sender name, from a Fareway address. The sending address doesn’t change; replies go to the reply-to address set under Promote → Brand, which also controls how your venue appears in golfers’ inboxes.

Where Promote Update

The Update tab emails everyone already registered — a delayed start, a bay out of service, a course change. Email is the Hub’s only broadcast channel today; there’s no text-message blast yet.
