The Payment Dashboard

Where Leagues your league Payments

• The four boxes at the top show Total Due, Total Collected, Outstanding and Teams Fully Paid.
• The table lists every team with its players, Amount Due, Paid, Remaining and a Status — for example Not Started, Partial or Paid.
• Actions on each row opens that team’s payment menu.
• The entry fee is charged once per team, not per golfer.

Several teams at once: tick teams in the left column, then click Generate Links (N) or Send Emails (N) — N is how many you ticked. Generate All Links and Send All Emails are always there and act on every team that still owes, whatever is ticked.

Send a payment link or email

Where Payments Actions Generate Payment Link

1. On the team’s row, click Actions and choose Generate Payment Link.
2. Leave Payment Amount blank to request the full remaining balance, or type a smaller amount.
3. Optionally add a Custom Message.
4. Click Generate Link. A message says Payment Link Created.
5. Share the QR code or the Payment Link with the team. Use Copy QR, Download QR, or the copy icon beside the link. Click Done when finished.

Prefer email? Choose Send Payment Email from the same menu. The email goes to every golfer on the team, after you confirm.

Record a cash or check payment

Where Payments Actions Record Payment

1. Click Actions on the team, then Record Payment.
2. Check the Remaining Balance. Leave Payment Amount blank to record the full remaining amount, or type a partial amount.
3. Choose the Payment Method (it starts as Cash).
4. Add a Reference ID if you have one — a check number or Venmo ID — and any Notes.
5. Click Record Payment. A message says Payment Recorded. The team shows Paid if that cleared the balance, or Partial if something is still owed.

Refunds and deposits

• Refunds owed (bottom of the Payments tab) lists registrations that were cancelled while holding money, each marked owed or settled. Refunds are issued in Stripe — nothing on that list can be refunded from the Hub itself.
• Swapping a player never creates a refund or a new charge. The seat stays paid.
• To let teams pay a deposit now and the rest later, turn on League Hold Payment Option when you create the league.
