How scores get into the Hub, how to enter and fix them, how to read the scorecard, and how to close a week.
How scores get in

Enter a team’s scores

- Open the Schedule tab and click the week.
- On the team’s row, click the small grid icon (the scorecard icon). The Contest Scorecard opens; it can take a few seconds to load.
- Click Edit Scores. Every golfer gets a box for every hole.
- Click the first box and type the score. Press Tab to jump to the next box — it goes to the next golfer on the same hole, then on to the next hole.
- Click Save Changes.
Once every hole has a score, the status beside the team’s name changes from Pending to Submitted, and the team’s Gross, Net and Final Score fill in.
- Use the Team drop-down at the top of the scorecard to move to another team without closing it.
- If any hole is empty, the scorecard says Round Incomplete and the team stays Pending until every hole has a score.
- Scroll the grid sideways to reach holes 10–18.
- If the Hub couldn’t save a box — for example the golfer isn’t on the team — it says Some scores were not saved and names each one. Those boxes stay filled in so you can fix them.
- Hover a hole to see who entered it and when. A small sim marker means someone changed the simulator’s number.
Read the scorecard

| A circled score | Under par for that hole — a birdie, for example. |
| Out / In / Total | Front nine, back nine and full-round totals for each golfer. |
| The team row: Gross and Net | In best ball, the team’s score on each hole is the lowest individual score. Net applies handicaps. |
| Team Summary and Final Score | The team’s totals and its score relative to par. |
| Pending / Submitted / Validated | Pending: saved but not complete, or not saved yet. Submitted: every hole has a score and it counts. Validated: confirmed, and golfers can no longer change it. |
Head-to-head and match-play weeks have their own scorecard screens, with the same Edit Scores button.
Fix a wrong score
- Open the same scorecard: Schedule → the week → the scorecard icon.
- Click Edit Scores, change the box, and click Save Changes. Standings and handicaps update from the corrected score.
Start a golfer’s round over: after scores are saved, a red trash icon appears at the end of each golfer’s row. It clears that golfer’s scores for the round so you can enter them again. (In scramble formats it clears the team’s shared card. It isn’t available once the session is closed.) If the golfer was subbed out, use the swap options instead — see Sub a player in or out.
Close a session

When a week’s scores are final, close the session. The Hub asks which teams should be included in prize calculations. It shows how many teams are eligible, and teams with no scorecard are left out automatically. Click Initiate Closure to finish.
The same menu has Copy all golfer emails, Copy all golfer phone numbers and Snapshot team handicaps for that week.
Questions people ask
Why does a scorecard say Round Incomplete?
At least one hole is empty. Click Edit Scores, fill every hole, and click Save Changes. The team's status stays Pending until every hole has a score.
Can golfers change a score after I've fixed it?
Not once the card is Validated. Venue staff can always change any score in the Hub.
Something went wrong on league night. What should I do?
Don't let it stall the evening. Run the round and fix the record in the Hub afterward — every score can be edited later.
