Set up your venue
Your venue details, simulator bays, Stripe payouts and your own account. Do this once, before your first league.

This page holds the basics that golfers and emails see about your venue.
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Venue Name, Website, Description | How your venue is described to golfers. |
| Street Address, Country, City, State, Zip Code | Where you are. Your country also sets the currency golfers are charged in. |
| Golfers are charged in | Shown for reference (for example USD). It follows your venue’s country. To change it another way, contact Fareway. |
| Booking URL | Optional link to where golfers book bays. |
| Timezone | The time zone your venue is in. Set it before you create leagues. |
| Contact Email | Shown on league registration confirmation emails. A league’s own contact email takes priority over this one. |
- Open Settings and stay on the Venue tab.
- Update any field.
- Click Save Venue Settings.
Add or edit your simulator bays
Settings Venue Simulators
Scroll below the venue details to Simulators. Each bay is listed with its name, technology and maximum players.
- Click Add Simulator to add a bay.
- Use the pencil to edit a bay, or the red trash can to remove it.
- Your bays appear as choices when you build events, and as a By bay view on the league Schedule.
Connect Stripe for payouts
Settings Payouts
Stripe is the service that handles golfers’ card payments. Connecting your Stripe account lets entry fees settle directly to you.

| Connect the Stripe account I already have | Your venue already uses Stripe. You sign in to Stripe and authorize Fareway — a few clicks instead of re-entering business and bank details. |
| Set up a new Stripe account | You don’t use Stripe yet. Stripe collects your details and gives you a simple dashboard you reach from the Hub. |
| Set up a full Stripe account | You want a complete Stripe account you sign in to at stripe.com, with Stripe’s own tools and reporting. |
- Open Settings → Payouts. The status in the top right says Not connected until you finish.
- Pick the option that fits, then click the button below the options — Connect my Stripe account for an account you already have, or Connect Stripe account for a new one — and follow Stripe’s prompts.
- Once you’re connected, Open Stripe dashboard takes you to your payouts, and Check with Stripe refreshes the status if Stripe still needs something from you.
Your account and signing in
Settings Account
- You can change your First Name, Last Name and Email, then click Save Account Settings.
- Your Role is shown but can’t be changed here.
- Your Phone Number is how you sign in, so it can’t be changed on this page.
